Congrats to Andrew… and to his coach of many years, Ms Penny McDowall, whose dedication and selflessness in this and everything she does is an inspiration and example to us all.

Still, Andrew and the other swimmers are used to "cold water" swimming, boy it was cold, dark and windy this morning at 5:45am…. when most of us were tucked up in bed, Andrew and the rest of our swimmers are pounding up and down in an outdoor pool with temperatures that are too cold for all but the most dedicated 🙂
