That is not all that is happening behind closed doors! The Acting Director is silent and the Acting Deputy Director has all the answers. New management and the Officers are still getting assaulted. What does the new Deputy Director know about running a prison and Security? Cayman, open your eyes the Prison is in a mess and it was not the previous Director’s fault, but he was the only one kicked out! I truly hope Mr. Manderson can see behind the crap that is going on there and really get to the bottom of things, because the view of the current transparency is just a front!
These Prison Officers are under so much pressure and it’s the inmates that are forming a Union! What is wrong with this picture! One day a Prison Officer’s ear is bitten off and this year we start with a Prision Officer getting all cut up by an inmate. Is this the direction that the New Deputy Director is leading us too? I would like to see her track record of how many Prisioners she has rehabilitated.

Why would the government tell us anything? Who are we that we deserve to know what is going on? And we are going to vote soon to elect another government?

To all you budding politicians, try practicing a little transparency and you'd be amazed at the respect you would get. As it is now, I guess we'll just make do with the scraps that fall from our masters' table.

Employe CAYMANIANS.  How many oficers are Caymanians?  It could only happen in the Cayman Islands.

Unfortunately, very few are Caymanian, but this is determined by higher powers.

If you think that Caymanians actually have a say in their own country, think again.

I feel sorry for you Caymanians because you have been tricked into believing lies.

        Nuff Said.
