Man hospitalized with stab wound to neck
(CNS): Police are appealing for witnesses to a stabbing at the Memory Lane Bar, West Bay, in the early hours of Saturday morning. At around 2:18 this morning (3 May) RCIPS officers responded to a report in the Birch Tree Hill area of the district and when they arrive they found a 24-year-old man with stab wounds to his neck. Although he told police he had sustained those injuries at the bar in Hell Road, the victim said he had then walked to Birch Tree Hill. He was taken to the Cayman Islands Hospital in George Town, where he is now listed in serious but stable condition. As the investigation continues, police are asking anyone with information to contact the West Bay Police Station at 949-3999 or Crime stoppers at 800 (TIPS) 8477.

Horrific: terrifying. It is indeed terrifying to know that someone who asks the question "why does anyone go to west bay" has the gall to make disparaging remarks about a place they apparently don't even know. Tell I something if ya na from this land called Caymam, they don't have any horrific places, situations and people where you cone from. I wonderwhyanybodywoud go there or come from there.

Close this place down. It attracts nothing but trouble! I've seen tourists from tour buses walk in and turn right around and walk out! Get rid of the place once and for all.

Who ever you are and wherever your from I must say. Stay in your crab hole and use some of the commercial companies to get your errands done. Yes some rootless things has happen in West Bay. Like the rest of these islands. I'm a born Caymanian and proud of it also been living in West Bay all my life. Any sort of violence is you sparked by a bunch of want to be thugs wanting to control any environment they are in. If parents took the time to raisethe kids these problems wouldn't be happening.
