Just when you though certain areas in Cayman were safe, what is happening to the people of Cayman?  I know that things have become difficult  but are we forced into a life of crime because of unemployment?  There are just too many people all over the island being idle with nothing to do except plan and execute mischevious.  There are now people congregating all over Cayman under trees and in front yards rolling and smoking ganja all hours of the day and night while the police turn a blind eye, this is something that I thought that I would never see in this island.  From what I see many residential neighbourhoods are fast becoming ghettos that you find in other countries, where people hang out become and stay high all day and well into the night.  Politicians need to become aware of what is happening in this islands because it seems that they are all unaware of what is happening to their local people or maybe this is by design as in some countries.  Keep the locals unemployed, high dependent on government hand outs so that they can become politician puppets.

Whatever is going on with the police tasers these days…

Since they dont seem to have much use for them may I suggest that whenever someone is arrested for burglarly it becomes a part of the arrest procedure to give them a little shock with the taser…

Dui suspects give a little shock…

Whenever a police officer is charged for anything – give a little heavier shock.. etc…

We dont want the tasers to lose their charge by lack of use…
