Couple arrested for robbery

(CNS): A 38-year-old woman from Bodden Town and a 38-year-old man from North Side have been arrested in connection with a robbery in Bodden Town on Friday evening but have been bailed while police continue their enquiries into the incident. Police are appealing to the public for information about the offences, in which a 40-year-old man from Bodden Town reported to the local police that he had been injured and robbed of a large sum of cash at a residence on Belford Drive, Belford Estates. Bodden Town CID are appealing to anyone who may have information to contact Detective Constable Berry at 326-1899.
