Cayman Islands news, Grand Cayman Island local news(CNS): Police have confirmed that they’re investigating an armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver in West Bay. According to reports on News 27, an individual had called Gino’s Pizza delivery service at around 10pm on Wednesday evening (28 July) but when the driver arrived at the home delivery address on Billie Manderson Drive, off Town Hall Road, three men appeared from behind the home with their faces covered, one armed with what appeared to be a knife or a screwdriver. They demanded money, but instead the driver gave them the four pizza boxes and two bottles of soda. The men took the pizza and soda, and then ran away. Police say the person who lives at the home was not aware of any delivery.

Meanwhile, a George Town church was burgled this week and electronics were taken from the school area. The Power of Faith Deliverance Ministry in the swamp area lost a 27-inch flat screen Sonia Errison TV, a DVD player, flat screen computer with hard drive, wall mount for the TV, and a PA system. As an NGO church officials say the church will have to do some fundraising as a result of this crime to replace the equipment so theycan keep offering the low cost school support. Police are asking those with any details on the burglary to come forward.

I think they were hungry and really wanted the Pizza.  When those in authority in Cayman, including the rich and famous accept that Caymanians are hungry and suffering from over paid, light water and food bills cant feed their children and themselvs, robbery wll not stop.  So every one might as well get used to it.

This robbery that took place same that it was committed by the same people that made the order by using some innocent person address, robbery is really getting out of hand in this Island. Lets put it this way, they sat down doing nothing all day and felt hungry and the best solution to their hunger was to robbed this poor delivery man for the very food they order instead of paying for it, and on top of that, using someone else address to do their crime. Surely the devil do find work for idle hands, and instead of those lazy bums go and find work to do, they rather steal food than to pay for it with honest hard earn money, that they could have been working for everyday, instead they choose to be a bunch of low lives to satisfy to hunger known as stealing.

I think the government can share some of the blame in this… OR MUCH OF IT! Not once have you heard Mac speak out for the youth or on subjects of education. All you heard from him lately is about money, revenue, money, revenue…

NOTHING HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE PEOPLE!

Where is Mike Adams who is over the Social Services of this country??? It seems like he is all alone! They have abandoned him! What “help” is he receiving from Mac and his wealthy elites???

Do you seriously think they have the people of the Cayman Islands’ interest at heart. Note Mac is the same man who granted hundreds of people status and undermining the Immigration process of screening those people! Conveniently he follow the UK’s mandate to increase the population.
