What you did not say is that ambulance was on the way to this diver. American tourists in a rental car pulled over to let ambulance which lights were flashing to go, a city bus that followed the rental car too close and going too fast smashed into it, obviously seeing no reason to slow down and pull over  for ambulance. The bus passengers went flying, the rental car was totaled and the ambulance had to attend the accident and take the injured to a Hospital. Meantime the diver died. When public buses, taxi, and tour buses drivers will be brought under control?

You are so right … they are so reckless on the road, they pull out right in front of you, stop without signaling, over taking and so on … they need to start a points system or strike system for them.
