Drugs found and signs damaged on Sister Islands
(CNS): The RCIPS has reported the discovery of two hauls of ganja over the holidays on the Sister Islands. A police spokesperson said that on Monday 26 December a parcel containing 11.5lbs of ganja which was wrapped in brown masking tape was found on the North Side of Little Cayman on the beach by a member of the public. Police and Customs Officers subsequently conducted a search of the coastline, but no further contraband was found. Then on Thursday 29 December police found a similar package of ganja weighing 4.5lbs on the coastline of Cayman Brac. Police are also investigating the defacement and destruction of a number of signs throughout the Brac.
The police spokesperson said that the vandalism is believed to have occurred during the Christmas holidays and anyone with information regarding these incidents should contact the Cayman Brac Police Station at 948-0331 or the confidential Crime Stoppers number 800-8477 (TIPS)

The Brac !!!!!
Where they "BRACERS" all think is heaven and no one ever does anything wrong.
Who HELPED unload the plane that crashed in Booby Bird Airstrip, oh I mean road…..
Fuel was not the only contents onboard!!!!!!!
Boy that sure went QUEIT TOO.
Do you blame them?? I mean c'mon.. they live in Cayman BRAC!! I'd be this bored too. lol
Life on the Brac is so boringfor kids greater than 16 years old . They need an escape.
A bit of ganja will do them no harm.
Except for the growing body of evidence that its use contributes to later mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorders…

Truth. It's better than drinking then going for a joyride.
yaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…. right
There is no drugs in the sister islands or drug activity for that mattter! Gone are the days when we had capable people incharge who did something about it? All we have now are those who often now turn a bling eye to the drugs situation in the sister islands. what a real shame! It is said for evil to triumphant all a few good men have to do is to do nothing, it would appear we no longer have any good men. Where are you" Sarge" we miss you old boy.
Did the ganja have customs tape on it? Okay.
No tape, but there was a purple bag on the ground close by…….
Male, adolescent mindlessness. Perpetrators are between 15 and 19 probably, and most likely acting in a group. Damage $10,000? Parents will turn them in? Of course not.
So what you're trying to say is that there is a GUARANTEE that it's a male? Is there any evidence or witnesses saying that there were males or a male that did it? My bet is that you're a woman, and don't get me wrong, I respect women all the same, but it's when people regardless of gender jump to the conclusion that a male did it(happens to females too, but 90% of the time it's the male in blame), it really annoys me.
Male: You guessed wrong, I'm a male. And my comments were based on probability. Adolescent males' brains mature later than females' brains, and at this young age males do crazy, destructive things that later in life they regret. I agree that sometimes females can teach men a thing or two about violence. I will never forget the case of the woman in the Brac a few years ago who stabbed and killed her husband. When asked by the Judge to say her piece, she replied, "I didn't mean to kill him! I just gi' him a little jook!"
The ganja is probably from the drug plane that crashed on the bluff weeks ago. The parcels were assuredly from that plane but not discovered until now. The police should check Owen Island for more drug parcels too as the current may well have sent the debris there.
As for the vandalism, it is shameful. Scurge of the earth that does this kind of foolishness. If the culprit is caught, they should be publicly shamed. Probably teenagers.
Wiggy, No you is wrong the ganja is from the bottom of a boat comming from a nearby Island. What happen is that when the containers are too full with ganja of the boat then it is Tagged to the bottom of the boat with very large Magnet holders. But some times when the vessel is too loaded up top then some of the ganja is pulled away from the bottom by objects or strong current.
I am not going to tell where I got this information, but it is comming from a drug dealer who knows a drug dealer who knew a drug dealer who lost their shipment that way.
Well, great. We're practically got them surrounded!!! All we have to do is look for [ferric] metal boats on the Brac.
