10:44 If the police have guns, please use them.  They can start by walking the streets and exposing them in their waist.  This way the criminals and gunmen will see and feel  the police presence. All I see is policemen in town walking with flashligts, pens and note books. What a joke

It has been said, "When guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns."   How true!!!

Robbers have determined that robbing individuals arriving at their homes is safer and easier that robbing stores, gas stations or restaurants especially if they can get the owners with the daily receipts in their possession.

It is only a matter of time with an owner decides to take matters into their own hands and we have a gun battle in a local neighborhood. It seems any jury would convict a person for protecting themselves.

Hopefully I am wrong about all of this.

Have you ever heard the saying "If guns are outlawed only the outlaws will have guns"?  It is happening.

The Premier's fence was indeed prescient too bad he hasn't the same faculty in his job.

Can't the cell phones be traced?  How did the robber entered the residence?

It should be obvious by now that people need to be able to defend themselves.

The police cannot be everywhere, and in most cases they are nowhere when a crime is committed.

Government and police should be encouraging individual self defense, not erecting roadblocks against it.

WOW! Right in the door mouth of the Premier, it’s no wonder he has forty lebeteen million security guards and a twelve foot fence around his house.

With increased crimes of this terrorizing nature spiking and becoming almost common during this historic time in the history of the Cayman Islands especially with McKeeva being the first Premier.

I earnestly question if the Premier is at all concerned about this growing epidemic because he remains mostly very tight lipped on such grave matters that affect the harmonious nature of the Cayman Islands however when he does speak he blames the Governor and UK and says it’s not his problem and he can’t do anything about it. Very Odd to say the least and very reassuring to investor confidence!

    • Joe Mammas says:

I earnestly question your sanity if you are still poseing the question "is the Premeir at all concerned about this growing epidemic?  He built a fence with your money.  He hired expensive security with your money.  He has nothing to be concerned about besides himself.  And his tribe.  You would be better off asking the UK to take care of you.

QUESTION???  When 2013 arrives and the PREMIER is kicked out, who is going to pay for his security officers and the whole nine yards?  Taxpayers contribution?

      • Joe Rio Dadda says:

Geeze man I can’t believe you got nerve to question my sanity! Frankly, it is rather concerning when no one ever realizes and or understands satire any longer. Take it easy, and chillax. Nevertheless my posting got you to answer what I have been stating, regardless if it was done rhetorically.

Since you seem a little lacking Joe Mammas, please find your lesson for the day;  In satire, vices, follies, abuses, and shortcomings are held up to ridicule, ideally with the intent of shaming individuals, and society itself, into improvement.[1] Although satire is usually meant to be funny, its greater purpose is often constructive social criticism, using wit as a weapon.

    • Truth and fact says:

Concerned Joe if you are not careful in 2012, you are going to allow the Premier's job to give you either a stroke, heart attcak or ulcer stomach.  Leave the man alone for one minute will you.  You must have dreams about the Premier, that now I really beginning to wonder how obsessed you are.  Knoxk irt off please talk about someone else, even me.

      • Joe Rio Dadda says:

You must be joking?! 'cause that Kool Aid you drinking can't be that good. All I know you betta layoff it for awhile 'cause it appears that it not only makes you stupid, but blind as well!

As early as 6:53 P.M. the gunmen have guns and the Police have flashlights. Crime will never go down as the gunmen are not afraid of the Police weapons.
