  1. Rorschach says:

Don't worry folks.  The RCIPS has already forseen and dealt with this potential problem.  They have made sure to circulate a memo to all the bad guys requesting them to refrain from committing any bank robberies on this date as they will be all in this meeting and will only have a skeleton crew with which to respond to any incidents.  And of course, all the bad guys have RSVP'd and made sure to promise not to interrupt or cause embarassment to the RCIPS whilst this very important meeting is being held…

  3. noname says:

Yeah, and teach them to hang out in the bank parking lots which are high risk crime areas

    instead of the Delis!

A simple lack of confidence motion in your leadership would do wonders to restore confidence in the RCIPS right about now? Remember it must be clearly written in the Queens english for them to understand according to a poster.

    Hmmm,

Wouldn't "All its Members" be almost the entire Police – is this a message for the Robbers to get (i Guess it doesnt matter if the Police (or the 300 cameras installed are working or not anyhow).

    Ok, carry on boys!
