Why are the police appealing for witnesses? Why didn't they prevented this from happening? Why did the police turn their backs to all the call that were made by the RENTERS of the appertments for over a year, calls after calls? Why did it had to come to this?
The Police officers that received these call NEEDS to be charge as well.
I am tired of the foolishness by the police and then they have the guts to ask for help
Here’s an idea……go find and seek out the witnesses instead of appealing for them to come forward
Why would they do that? They wouldn't want to risk appearing proactive now would they?
