Mac remains defiant
(CNS): The Cayman Islands premier returned home from Jamaica late Friday night insisting that he would remain in office regardless of his arrest this week. McKeeva Bush, who is now on police bail until February, once again accused the governor of being “vindictive and petty” as he insisted his arrest and the police investigations were a political witch hunt as a result of his standing up to the UK. Despite his determination not to step down, Bush may be forced out of office as speculation mounted Friday that cracks were appearing in the caucus loyalty. It is understood that some of the UDP parliamentary group are preparing to ask him to resign from both the party leadership and Cabinet.
Since the revelations last year that the premier was the subject of three police probes, his party colleagues had thrown their support behind their leader. However, the rest of the UDP’s elected officials have remained silent since the short statement from the deputy premier’s office Tuesday morning, a few hours after Bush's arrest at his home in West Bay. The UDP members of the Legislative Assembly said they recognised the gravity of the situation and they were in discussions and that a statement would be released in due course.
That due course has stretched across four days, and after another closed door meeting all day Friday the party has still not made any public comment about the situation the party now finds itself in.
There are a number of scenarios that could now unfold but it will be a matter for the eight UDP parliamentarians to make decisions on who will replace Bush as premier and who will take up his ministry if he returns to the back bench. However, if the party is not in agreement in its opposition to Bush remaining in office or in supporting him in the top job, the UDP benches will split, leaving government in disarray.
If the UDP cannot maintain a majority then it could seek to form a coalition with the independent or opposition members, which is an unlikely outcome. The most likely scenario if the eight members of the UDP cannot stay united either in support of or against Bush will be the dissolution of parliament by the governor and early elections.
The opposition leader filed his no confidence motion with the speaker of the LA, Mary Lawrence, Friday, along with a letter requesting thatshe call an emergency meeting of the House in order to force the UDP to take a position one way or the other.

So three years and months later, Still PPM to blame. Alden what did you do, Kurt, Arden, what is it that you done so bad that every thing is still your fault. Some PPM must have spiked Rolly KoolAid while he was having his meeting at the bar. Miss Ju Ju, must have been tied on top of the roller on the driveway by the PPM, Elio now that is another whole different ball game suitation. Mike, you were such an example of a fine Gentleman before you loss all your pride, gave up country first to the Big Mac, but that is PPM fault. Mark, Its PPM falut for it all. So the PPM has nothing better to do than try to oust Mac from office so they are responsible for this mess. Come on guys, even at this hour , is it really PPM fault.? Even Dart has already set to vote PPM , all the UDP had to do is grow a pair and use them when it was obvious. An anader ting, but that is for another day. UDP Give me a break. Mr. Governor, where are your cahoons or are you watching and waiting for the obvious to happen, then you can easy say that "those natives" dont know how to handle their own Island affairs?, Come on now, use that fancy pen, LA is locked shop for the year and until next election. Lets get a new election date, this is the perfect time to do so. can we agree on Febuary 14 2013.?Holiday and Love and Elections all together, Wat ta deal.
It scares me that Dart will now use its influence (read money) to sway the PPM and C$C. All the "For Cayman Alliance" should be stopped until after the next election. The people MUST have a say not just the MONEY. and only an election can decide it.
Mac is da fiant but not da premier. Did dey tek him driva too?
Mac remains Mac. Caymanian voters remain fools. Plan accourdingly.
A chance for any of the UDP MLA's to finally step up and do the right thing. Who will it be? I have no faith in any of them.
What a mess! the pot that has cookin has finally boiled over and everything is hitting the fan! The dormant volcano that we have been sitting on for years may finally blow and the good ship Cayman is going with it unless someone soothes the savage beast and controls the lava flow. Notice we have been feeling earthquakes again?
Boy oh boy is the Dart group in a hurry to get that road finished. CUC out in the biggest crew I’ve seen since after Ivan on Sunday. BTW isn’t Sunday the day of rest for many Christians. What is it that makes gods laws so easy to break. I guess we think we have a better idea. Oh well, keep up the blistering pace boys. It’s better to also forgiveness than permission. Read that in a fancy self help bizness book.
Yeah ! Sundays in Cayman is a No work day. Go to church then hit the bars.
What makes 'God's laws' so easy to break is that they aren't real laws. Sunday may be a traditional day of rest for Christians, but there are other religions who don't observe this. Also, in this economy, I'm sure that people are taking work where they can and when it is offered to them; regardless of what day of the week the work falls on.
Hint to UDP members: You don't "ask" this man to do anything. You don't "consider" either under these circumstances. You sit yourselves down like adults. Look at the situation. Can you see it? YOUR party leader has been arrested. Granted no charges have been laid yet. But also what are the optics if you don't INSIST on his stepping down until possibly being cleared of those charges? Group suicide politically. As you may have noticed.. this is one stubborn individual. Whoas well is frequently arrogant as well as antagonisitic. Ask yourselves also if he really cares who goes down with his ship if it gets blown out of the water. XXXXX Do you seriously believe all those trips were on official business? Would you like to buy some Florida swampland? To be blunt: If you DON'T insist he LEAVE NOW you don't stand a hope of being re-elected. There may be a few muddled-headed voters in West Bay who can't see the forest for the smoke. But the vast majority of voters have had enough of this horseplay.
What would the Puppeteers do without their Puppet Master?
So why was Joey Ebank on the Jamaica trip? Is that a reward for his ass kissing? Check his FB page
Nice pics of his trip to Jamaica
who paid for Joey's trip to Jamaica? Canada? Puerto Rico? Was he on Government business? Just wondering giving the amount of UDP/MAC bu$$ ki$$ing he has been doing lately!
Is it true that the Jordanian has morphed into a mouse, and they cant get him out from under Mac's couch?
Imagine, we elect them, but we have not the power to remove them? Our Constitution has to change! There is no way we can have this sort of situation repeat itself in the future.
5 months and the choice is yours…
YOU DO have the power to remove them! It just takes gumption.
who drafted the constitution ? PPM or UDP ?
They were both at the negotiating table, and some terms, like OMOV, were omitted on account of the UDP.
Thanks to the PPM for the mess our Constitution is now in!
Then chose wisely. The selection criteria is often petty, foolish and much too simple-minded. There is much at stake.
The best thing for the UDP members to do is to STICK BY YOUR LEADER. Hell, you stuck by him through 2 Motions of No Confidence, so, might as well keep a clean sheet and stick by him through this too.
So, congratulations for successfully passing two difficult motions – is that what this is all about?
Mac launching his own investigation? An excellent idea. Leonard, here’s the address for him to write to : Mr.Sherlock Holmes, 221B Baker Street, Marylebone, London W1, England. Good luck.
Come on, you’ve seen the problems UDP and civil servants have with sending mail (mystery letter to FCO zzz) and email documents ( mike Ryan drafted release) … That’s why they fly first class to every place to meet in person! LMFAO!
Great now the country can be sued again bay someone dumb enough to do business with him. There goes another million.
Now it is clear why there was such a push for independence from the UK. Then you can do pretty much anything and not be held accountable…..
Who in the UDP government do you see pushing for independence?
Fellow voters- REMEMBER, the only reason your politicians want Independence is to secure full corruptive unquestioned power. A
sk ANY Caymanian over the age of 60 (our wiser leaders and the founders of THIS encomony ) and they will say that the UDP & PPM are trying to suck from you…..and our elders will also say that Party politics and Independence are both the death of a Caribbean nation.
No more party politricks….the party is over. You drank all our wine, ate all our food, gave nothing back and were horrible at "our house" no go away and don't come back! Not ONE of you deserved the CI$85,000 salary we paid you, not a one.
Please tell me that the UDP cares more about Cayman than one person. UDP this is your defining moment in history. Will you stand up and for what is right on will support what you full well is wrong. I expect to see mass resignations by Monday led by the devoted Christian MIss Julie.
Has he been charged with or convicted of a crime?
Do you think that there has ever been a situation where someone has been wrongfully arrested?
Should he resign if he is not guilty of any crime?
Has he been found guilty of a crime by a court of law?
What should happen with the CoP if he is unable to charge him with a crime?
Is he an idiiot?
Are you?
You have nothing to contribute to the discussion and are a good example of the core problem that exists in the Cayman Islands.
Only one of those questions is relevant:
"Should he resign if he is not guilty of any crime?".
Answer: Yes, of course. Resignation is not an admission of guilt, it is putting country before self -something Bush claimed to recognise in 1997 when he resigned from Cabinet although he had not been arrested for, let alone charged or convicted of any crime. In any other democratic country an elected official in Bush's position would have resigned long before it came to this and the reputation of the country was dragged through the mud. With a criminal prosecution possibly looming Bush cannot focus on the affairs of state.
Yes, there will be rats deserting the sinking ship, but I'm not sure about those "mass resignations"! It's hard to drive a hog away from the trough.
Miss Julie resign???? Never happen!
She's not resigning – she wanst her statue
Dear Mr. Bush,
Im so sorry (not sorry) that you have to go through this terrible time of being accused innoccently( not innocent) for something you have not done.(lie#1). I feel that it is best you stay put (lie#2) and stand your ground and be strong (step down). However, this country need to see improvements (truth#1), our money is been spent wisely (lie#3).
Thanks for reading my sarcastic message….but on a real not
Im a young Caymanian….right now im a full time college student and part time employee, i dont see much future with good governance for this country 2 years from now…..we need a change ASAP. i know it has to get bad before it gets better…..but all the excessive spending for foolishness that this government (UDP) has done is over rated.
I dont really get it….you gave civil servants the percent from their salary back once then took it back…..what sense did that make?? After so many dripping were taken between the cut and given back one…..you know how much money the government could save.
You best option right now is to step down….you are making you self look bad much less the country. If anyone in their right mind who had "COMMON SENSE" who so-called claim to be wrongfully assused or innocent would still step down.
Right now you have sold your soul…dont take the entire country down with you because i aint standing by your side for nothing….not even for 2dollars. Remember money doesnt buy happiness for long…you have forgotten your roots of where you come from…Caymanian are the ideal hard working people but people who shouldnt forget where they come from.
Anonymous 23:29, You wrote a good comment, but I doubt the Mac takes anyone's advice. However you have some spelling errors, which would have made your comments better if spelt properly, and the next time you post, do what I practice doing, stop and preview to make sure I spelt all my words correct, and that the comment have no ( CAPS) in the middle of the sentences like the above example.
#1. Assused ( X ) Accused ( Correct )
# 2. If anyone in their right mind who had "COMMON SENSE" ( X )
if anyone in their right mind, who had common sense ( Correct ) for it's not a quote.
#3. (Lie#1) ( X ) Jibberish. ( Correction ) #1. ( Lie ) now the Parenthesis can be used, you can use the Colon symbol after it if you wan't, and then your sentence.
#4. i aint standing by your side for nothing….not even for 2dollars. ( X )
I ain't standing by your side for anything, not even for 2 Dollars ( Correct ).
#5. Caymanian are the ideal hard working people but people who shouldnt forget where they come from. What!!! ( X ).
Caymanian's are known to be hard working people, but they shouldn't forget where they come from.
These are just a few areas you could have taking a little more time with, to make your comment more appealing to the eye's of the reader's, so they don't have to go back and spell the words properly in their head, to make sense of your comments.
Despite this, nice comment, but the Mac is not listening, that's why he's going to fall harder when the time comes.
Live Free….
This reminds me of the Monty Python Hungarian phrasebook sketch.
16.15. You've made so many grammatical errors in your English lesson, that perhaps it is you who could benefit from a bit more editing.
You wrote: 'spelt all my words correct.' You should use an adverb to qualify a verb, ie 'correctly.'
You wrote, 'Caymanian's are known…' Why use an apostrophe with a plural noun? The apostrophe signifies posession.
You wrote: 'These are just a few areas you could have taking a little more time with.'
This doesn't even make sense. You must mean, 'These are just a few areas you could take a little more time with'.
You wrote: 'to the eye's of the reader's'. The plural of 'eye' is 'eyes', not the possessive 'eye's.'
You wrote, 'Colon', 'Dollar' and 'Parenthesis', all starting with capital letters, which is incorrect.
Criticism can be good, but it should be based on the correct facts.
a full time college student typed this?…
as long as its his money he;s spending and not more of ours.
Our country is being 'run' by a madman, Cayman. We very seriously need to come to grips with that.
You are a bigot and your comment is full of hate. Do you have any documentation to support your claim that Mr. Bush is suffering from some form of mental illness?
Comments like yours speak more about the people writing the comments than they do about anything else.
Comments like yours speak more about the people writing the comments than they do about anything else.
A bigot? Full of hate? A bit strong, comrade. Referring to someone as “a madman” doesn’t necessarily convey the notion of mental illness, rather a certain departure from what would normally expect, behaviour-wise.
A political witch hunt, as a result of him STANDING UP TO THE UK.
Hold it Mr Bush, all the UK are asking you to do is abide by standards common throughout the democratic world. That means that in all your dealings on behalf of government, you are clear and transparent in what you do, so that your people can see you are acting in their best interests.
So, if you are STANDING UP TO them, that means you are avoiding transparency, that isnt a good thing to claim, it isnt desirable for Cayman, it definitely shouldnt be a reason for the islands to support you, if you are confused about that you are neither Honourable nor fit to run the jurisdiction!
A few weels ago I made a comment on CNS that the reckless & insulting comments by the premier (& his questionable behavior) was a deliberate ploy by him knowing what was to come, so that when the inevitable did happen he could turn around & say it was happening because he was standing up to the UK. On Tuesday last week the premier was arrested & questioned for almost 2 days. On his return to Cayman on Friday night what does he say? He accused the governor of being "vindictive & petty" as he insisted his arrest & the police investigations were "A POLITICAL WITCH HUNT AS A RESULT OF HIS STANDING UP TO THE UK"!!!!!!! What did I tell you? Just as I said. I said that the premier was deliberately acting the way he was, attacking & insulting the governor & the FCO just so as to be able to use it as a reason why they are now doing 'these things' to him. It was so obvious all along. But it will not help him, we know the truth, & it is all coming to light. More to come.
So basically, you are making the point that 'you told us so'. That sounds very familar. Get over yourself.
You must be joking. The UK is the last entity that should be talking to anyone about fiscal responsibility.
Please let me know if you are unable to use the Google search facility to research the facts and I will be happy to provide you with assistance.
Most folks like McKeeva end up in flaming, spectacular crashes….a simple exit is not something they consider-not in their character. In fact, this one promises to out do the Camana Bay New year fireworks! Its now not IF but really WHEN? Lets see if Julliana, Rolstan, Cline, Mark, Dwayne will go down with that ship too. Totally expect Mike and Captain to do so. Ellio? He will try to jump right at last moment but it will be too late for him.
Being neither part of PPM, UDP nor C4C, what I say to them all is it is better to be a part of a failed government and appear honest than to end up going down in history as standing beside your current leader.
The desire to ousts the premier and its consequence to those who want to run in the next election extends further than what's happening amongst the MLAs themselves.
Tempers are boiling amongst loyal supporter of the premier and according to the marl road, this evening in West Bay a loyal and dedicated pary member infomred both CG and Rollie that should they vote to outst the premier both would no longer be welcomed or supported by West Bayers in the 2013 election.
This drama keeps getting sweeter n sweeter.
So who is really running the country then?
So says the few kool-aid drinkers left. UDP stand up to Mac while you have a chance. This is your last chnace to do the right thing.
Probably the only loyal and dedicated "pary" member left. Keep on drinking the Kool Aid. This West Bayer would never have welcomed or supported these two anyway. Dream on.
Hey Macaroni, now that you've managed to get it across to the entire world exactly what kind of a 'leader' we have, maybe you'll agree that wasting hundreds of thousands of our dollars trotting the globe "knocking on doors" as you put it, is a complete waste of our money? Especially since reality so glaringly dictates that that is nothing whatsoever more than a wonderfully convenient, all expense paid excuse to get away from your real responsibility of running our country?
Hell, you can't blame him for not resigning, this is probably the last six months he will have to use the government credit card.
This is from encyclopedia. Have a read!
.[5] Kleptocracy, government by thieves, features influentialgovernment employees exploiting their posts for personal gain (embezzlement, fraud, bribery, etc.), with the resultant government budget deficit repaid by the native working people who earn money, rather than make money. Because of foreign (corporate) manipulation, the kleptocratic government is unaccountable to its nation, the country’s private sector–public sector corruption operates the banana republic, thus, the national legislature usually are for sale, and function mostly as ceremonial government.[5]
Does it sound like cayman to you?
Banana Republic.
No.
If you have specific independently verifiable evidence please share it with everyone.
You mean like the turtle farm?
Let's assume, for the moment at least, that the Premier is correct and that this is a politically motivated as he says, "witch hunt." His response, justifiably, has been to remain in office because of that. The public then is being asked in a round about way to await the results which he claims will clear him of all allegations. That being said, forget the so-called accused, or the investigators, what about the public?? Lost in translation is the fact that this is their country and possibly their immediate futures at stake. We care very little for the future of the accused because they have obviously gotten themselves into a mess politcally motivated or not. Also, and as often happens in these cases, no one is privileged to give them any more details. Because of "Ongoing investigations", or "The matter is before the courts", or, "We will allow the investigation to run it's course". Or some such comment. We have heard that numerous times. But Hold on Here!! Rewind this tape. 1. Why is all this so secretive? 2. Are we not entitled to see the evidence… from both sides? 3. Who's real interests are at stake here? 4. Further if anyone at all has the obvious right to know what is going on….isn't it the public? If you have evidence to the contrary about your professed innocence Mr. Bush it should be readily available. And you have an obligation to let the public in on it. The same would apply to law enforcement. We refuse to be treated like children! "I'm the parent….listen to me!!" "Don't open that present 'til Christmas!!….it's from Santa."
Just remember, no matter what happens, if he ends up in jail or not, he will always be known as the "Honourable" McKeeva Bush. Remember, they passed a law that they will all keep their "honorifics" or whatever the hell they're called, forever… HONOURABLE FOREVER!
To me he never was. I have always believed he was dirty. I have no evidence but I will die with my belief.
People like you who are willing to condem people without any evidence are a major part of the problem that we have in Cayman.
Actually the main problem is people who couldn't care less about any evidence of wrongdoing so long as they have their place at the trough which they want to preserve as long as possible.
I’ll decide for myself whom I consider ‘honorable’ – keke is not one of them. He lost that right a long time ago,
I was an ex-pay victim of First Cayman Bank and knew this man was bad news for over 15 years.
Just like an egomaniac moviestar or sports hero who finds themselves on the wrong side of the law. Big Mac's giant ego led him to believe he was aboe the law….WRONG.
I can vote now and will never forget these awful politiicians who have tried to ruin paradise with their huge egos and small brains for far too long.
Throw ALL the bums out and demand better.
The nextbunch of politicians had better punch a time clock and submit weekly reports. I'm not putting up with this pocket-filling BS anymore! I want full accountability and every meeting with every businessman and phone call documented.
I strongly suggest that one of the actions that the next Goverment takes is to revoke the Honourable Law.
15:01 I want to say that no matter what happens he will always be CAYMAN NO 1. He will always be Premier to us, it does not matter who comes next. Besides He will always run things out of office. I bet some of you would like to deport him. Hahaha but guess what He Is Caymanian, and will always be around. Hold your feet to the Ground Mr Premier we got your back.
Lone voice crying in the wilderness…
CAYMAN NO 1 EMBARRASSMENT – perhaps.
Hold your feet to the ground? Please send me some mind bleach! Sounds like dirty dancing to me.
Is that you Foolio?
The first act of the next government should be to repeal that law.
Sadly Bushdisplays the same attitude that has been displayed by many of us Caymanians over the years. And it has been to our detriment. We must take responsibility for our own actions and stop blaming other people for our own failures. In the case of Bush he has never admitted that he hasever made the simplest of mistakes.
Do you have any independantly verifiable data that can be used to support your comment? If not, please speak for yourself and don’t include other Caymanians.
And the UDP caucus silence is deafening and damning.
Rolston even with your legal issues, which pale in comparison to the issues surrounding the Premier, we call on you to stand up and be the man of steel so many think you are and be the FIRST UDP member to publically ask you leader to resign. Let’s see who then follows your charge and does what’s right for country and not self. And Rolston by doing so, I feel that many would overlook your legal issue and support you for being a man of reality (I want to say a man of honesty but chose another word based on your three accounts of what happened that night you were caught, so I just say this to beolitically correct). In any event IF you do the right thing and call for the Premier to resign publically then you may regain some of the respect that you have lost. Do you have what it takes Rolston???? I say you do!!!! SOS lets roll Rollie and do it.
Rolston please do not listen to that joker.
Oh please, Rolston should have had to resign for lying to the Police andfor being found guilty of drunk driving. What a terrible example to the children of these Islands.
By the way, was it ever revealed if the dog got any food that night?
23:06 You have a reason for hiding, because if you check your own house you will see that you cannot say anything about Rolston Anglin. Children? Really? you can speak about children?
Well chosen words thatbi agree with 100%
OK UDP……now show us which one of you represents integrity, and an understanding of the right thing to do for the sake of your country.
It will be a pity if the UDP caucus force Mac out as their leader & cabinet because if his was to remain as premier & their leader the whole bunch of them (the UDP elected members) will be voted out in the May 2013 elections, along with him! Wait, what the hell am I saying? The country will be better off if he is out & the sooner the better, yes UDP, get rid of him NOW, for Cayman's sake.
What a load of nonsense!
Obviously your area of expertise.
stop smoking that kaka
Bet they all toe the line and do what Papa Mac tells them. Spineless and classless every last one of them, feasting at the trough rather than doing the right thing. Please, lord, let me be proved wrong.
11:05, yes I am watching to see how many Stool Pigeons we have. Or if UDP stands for United Democratic Party.
Mary Lawrence = worse than useless waste of space who has too often made suspiciously bad decisions in favour of the government.
God help us if she has todo anything in a time of constitutional crisis.
Why was she at Macs house the day he was arrested? She is supposed to be impartial and had no business being there.
If that is true she should resign.
It is true, there is a photograph of her on http://www.CayCompass.com, see link below and look at the pictures at the top of the article. There are three of them but you have to click "next" until you see the third one entitled "Mary Lawrence hugs a relative of Mr. Bush outside the police cordon near the Premier's home in West Bay"
http://www.compasscayman.com/caycompass/2012/12/11/Premier-arrested/
This may be a good time to see who she owes most to and I mean that in each and every way. Her rejecting of the motion might just us all who she really works for.
In a real World of political procedure, the Speaker would have a lot of questions asked of her decisions in the LA, to which it is doubtful she would have any credible answers.
221 thumbs up in support of this comment. Is that a record?
Is it true that Mac said that he will start an investigation of his own?
On another matter I remember O J Simpson carrying out an investigation of his own too. The thing is as I understand it – once he had examnined all of the evidence the only conclusion he was able to come to was that it had to have been him that did it…
Then I believe he wrote a book titled 'if I Did It'
I know he feels betrayed by his party. I truly feel saddened for the premier who has done so much for these islands, to now be treated with such disrespect.
For those of us who support him and love him, that will never change and we will forever have his back.
Those UDP members who vote against him must already have another party to join because they will no longer be wanted in the UDP.
In West Bay, all is up for grabs because those MLAs who voted against the premier will not get the needed votes from the public to win the 2013 election.
If the West Bay politicians vote against him I hope they scramble to put together a campaign committee to help get them get elected because the members of the existing committee will not support them any longer. And it is the committee who has helped them win the elections.
CG won't care because he is not running anyway, but Rolston and Captain had better think carefully about their decisions as to wheter they are going to betray the Premier.
The Bodden Town MLAs need to be wary as well because thier committee will no longer want to work for them.
Have you ever asked yourself why you blindly follow someone like you apparently do?? The other folks don’t have to worry about your UDP committee because you are not going to win anyhow even with this pathetic attempt to scare Rolstan, mark etc.
Maybe ‘the committee ‘ is not a good thing for cayman. Maybe you shouldn’t be threatening people with ‘the committee.
Dont worry Pooh Bear..
I saw Santas Christmas List and you are getting both a fridge and a microwave…
Think again.
Keke's fallen out of favour after trying to 'smear' the integrity of certain Upstanding Caymanian Families and business merchants.
In fact, he has took a swipe at no less than FIVE (5) Caymanian Families at once when he basically called them all 'Liers' after their meeting with him to "withdraw the Expat Tax".
"Sorry for mawga dog, him turn round and bite you".
NOT THIS TIME BOBO !!
Bodden Town MLA's will know better than vote against the premier. All of them including Anthony Eden know that the Premier is a good man. I dare any of them to say anything different. All the other wasters that are running for Bodden Town will be wasting time and money come 2013.
Anyone is better in BT than the 2 losers we have in Mark & John John….
Poor you. Those two Bodden Town members are doomed anyway. They should have left him a long time ago and in the sight of Bodden Towners they would have been heros and worthy of re-election. Instead they stuck with him and now they are doomed to the same fate that Roy and Gilbert suffered some years back.
Let's get something straight here, Bodden Towners not on welfare, are not dependent on one Jackass for a ride and are not so easily brain-washed. We expect a hire standard of our representatives and we won't hesitate to change them when they follow idiots. Mark and Duane are both educated and to allow themselves to be led by someone who says they are not only not using their education, but they are not using their common sense.
So, talk about their committee not wanting to work for them, their committee probably looking for someone else to work for! Embarrassment killing them.
it is obvious that you are more concerned about McKeeva and the 'Politics' of the country than you are of the welfare of our country.
It is truly SAD and SCARY that the fate of so many countries are hinged on the decisions/VOTES of the Gullable, very Foolish and Ignorant electorate(illiterate) no need to mention the dirty, greedy and corrupt portion of the population, which by the way is no doubt the Larger Percentage of the population of every country' on this Forsaken Earth,
People, We can only do the best we can do to survive this ATROCITY repidly unfolding before our very eyes.
May God bless our Souls.
Knot so smart, good name they gave you. Why should the Premier not do his own private investigation? Then in so doing he will get to the bottom of the Culprits. I support you Mr Premier SPEND MONEY, HIRE PRIVATE DETECTIVES AND DIG OUT ALL THEM SHO WANT TO HANG YOU.
He would probably use the government credit card again. No. Wait. They took that right. hmmmm. Business expense?
So the title of this movie will be: 'Madea Investigates the Investigators'?
knot so smart you are going to have to change the name or do better than that. This Movie title Not any good "Madea Investigates the Investigators" No I think a better title would be. "Better Luck Next time" You really do not know what is happening do you? Follow him and you will find out. I just gave you a parable now, figure it out.
Knot so Smart I do hope he remembers to get a legal Aid Lawyer to defend him also. Government has to pay out of the peoples pockets for his lawyer. Very good, so all the political hipocrites cannot even think of getting a raise in the next 20 years.
As long as he is spending his own money, investigate away. Will he ask for a refund if his investigation show him guilty?
UNITED DEMOCRATIC PARTY…………………enough said
Ok all you people what next for the country. Anyway anyone stop and think do you care who run the country as much as you care who will lives up to there words and do the right for the country?, who remember jamaica PNP when norman manley was stepping down everybody say fresh prince. The Jamaican get 8 years of what they call a down fall yes they go on and lived still, but there was change needed again after that 8 years everyone start crying only to know they go JLP yet the Jamaican had prob with the JLP again after 4 year they went back to PNP now they all say the PNP not doing well. My point is what we really want do you think about a long term situations and come together and run small cayman all as one more than fight to reach the be at the top and better them selfs for the future and leaving half of the country fighting to better them self. If you should look at justice is the same for most of the people on the island only some people may get justice some cant the bottom line for that is money get justice.
Thanks for clarifying the situation.
