The story is about a group of Cubans and simple statement, it is the media that made it a story about the helicopterby by the headline.
This is hardly a news worthy story. Someone gets sick and they are taken to a hospital. This could happen to anyone anyhere.
Except one of former leading politicians in the nation tried to close the cop copter down to save money while wasting a fortune on fees to friends who flew him and his buddies around on private jets. So every good outcome from the presence of the copter is a news story.
Obviously, context is what matters so much in this case.
Obviously, the Police helicopter has been the subject of so much controversy locally and there are many naysayers with regard to the value-for-money it provides. It is the one of the most expensive operating assets that the Police have and the leader of the UDP proposed getting rid of it last year.
What we're learning from this article is how that asset is being used. Obviously, you have you not been paying attention or are not in touch with what matter to the local population.
Ah, but remember they have to justify the helicopter which was not initially purchased for medevac and then had to be upgraded to allow it to fly legally between the islands.
And your comment shows you know nothing about it
