Chamber takes members pulse on PPM government
(CNS): After more than one year in office the government is the subject of the Chamber of Commerce’s latest on-line survey. The business organization is asking its members to take fill in the electronic questionnaire which takes just a few minutes and poses a number of questions about how the PPM led government is performing. It asks employers about their concerns and priorities, their thoughts on the privatization of government and how it is handling the major projects, as well as how well they think the premier and the opposition leader are doing their $100k plus per annum jobs. In his request to the membership Johann Moxam, the chamber president said the Chamber wanted the membership views on the top issues that matter most to them and their businesses and how they think the elected Government is performing after completing one year in office.
“This is your personal opportunity to get involved in shaping the Chamber's public advocacy agenda. Your response will be treated confidentially so we encourage you to be frank with your responses,” he said. “The survey should take less than five minutes to complete unless you wish to elaborate on any question in the comments section.”

2 questions about the chamber, 1- what about mininum wage? and the other what possessed you to urge more government for George Town in the form of a city manager and will you pay their salaries?
Is the Chamber willing to ask the public what it thinks of the Chamber and its merchant members? I won't hold my breath for that one.
The results of the Chamber polling its members on how they feel about Government are very predictable: Government should reduce duties and fees, which certainly won't be passed on to the public.
Anyone that believes the Chamber and its members have any empathy for the public, should get tested immediately.
You are spot on Bleeding teeth. You just forgot one thing reduce wages also.
Ask the employees of the chamber members what they think about the chamber that would be interesting if employees are asked to provide synonymous responses. That's what needs to be done. Pluck the yampi outa ya own eye first. Come on Mr. Prsident you were well brought up you should know this.
My pulse nah feeling so good…
can we have the picture where some members be fast asleep!
This is precisely what I expect from the Chamber of Commerce. It is no longer a sleeping giant benefitting a select few. Good move
No longer a sleeping giant but still benefitting a select few. They think they are another government!!
True, it is now the political action committee for political wannabes
