Police encourage community watches to tackle crime
(CNS): Chief Inspector Brad Ebanks, the RCIPS commander for the Eastern Districts, is urging people to come together to form Neighbourhood watches to help in the fight against crime. Most recently Senior Police Constable Clifford Garcia, and PCs Cornelius Pompey and Brian Jameson attended a meeting with the newly formed Silver Thatch Residential Community in Northward, Bodden Town, where community members, coordinated by Terry Nathan, have come together to form the crime fighting watch. The officers delivered a presentation on crime prevention and demonstrated property marking.
CI Ebanks commended the residents for their commitment, in partnership with the RCIPS.
Residents are asked to contact their nearest police station to arrange similar Neighbourhood Watch meetings.

These brazen criminals don't fear the general public nor do they fear cops with spud guns. Anyone think they only fear high velocity lead travelling in their direction?
Mr Ebanks it is good that you commended the residents in the fight against crime . Contact your nearest police station , NO NO NO that might be my brother / friend / ect this why you would not results . Get a special task force in place to report these crimes to that dont have brother / friend / ect at heart will only uphold the crime law . Then i think the public would feel more confiedent in reporting these crimes . Make sure that the public protection is good and in place . I hope that Mr Ebanks read this comment , if he dont , would someone please tell him .
It's good to get the coomunity to come as one and tackle this serious issue, but seriously the police need to step up their game and stop being wutless
