For anyone who's thinking or had thoughts recently of opening a business, they may change their mind. Who wants to start a business or even continue having a business if thugs can get away with stealing your business that you work so hard for!

It's taken gererations to build Cayman up to what it is, but it will take just a few violent social parasites set it back years. These criminals are like the fishermen who dynamite their reefs for a meal, ruining it for everyone else as well as themselves, for years to come.

Wait till this hits Trip Advisor as oneof those eating there were probably a tourist and will have a nice trip report on this incident. Went out to dinner at a wonderful restaurant in Cayman islands and 2 cowards came and held a gun to our heads and demanded our wallets and jewels. Lovely island dining experience. I give this 5 stars.

What are these idiot thugs thinking?

RCIPS- What about the abandoned house right beside Hurley’s? It’s a perfect place to these Hooligans to run and hide after their crimes. Get rid of it! I am sure this was the escape joint for Al La Kebab crime also. Its a drug house hidden in bushes with nothing but scums living in it!

The authorities continue to want law abiding citizens to remain defenseless against the ever increasing violent crime situation in the Cayman Islands. I can only assume that the two groups are working together.

Mr. Eric Bush please remind us how well the CCTVs are working to deter crime?

We eat there occassionally and this is down right frightning. Can you imagine sitting there eating supper and having to give someone your money, watch and wedding rings etc. What will it take to get the RCIP off their behinds. Oh I forgot they are going to solve this by watching TV just need a few more cameras. Pretty soon you are going to hear they need more boats to tear up. I understand last week they had to wake up a citizen of North Side and beg him to use his boat to go and rescue someone because they didnt have any boats. I guess that is part of the reason why there are so much guns and dope coming in by boat.

Cant the RCIPS get rid of these hoodlums ????

    WTF ?

Immigration probably share at least as much responsibility as the RCIPS.

The answer to your question is that in Cayman now robbers will go anywhere anytime.

There are a certain group of regulars that obviously were not at this bar last night otherwise this never would have happened.

Stay Home. It is much safer. Sad reality, but let's face it, it is only a matter of time before someone is KILLED during one of these robberies.

      Caymanian.
