A police spokesperson said Wednesday afternoon that when William McKeeva Bush answered his bail this afternoon, he was formally charged with two counts of misconduct in a public office,  four counts of breach of trust by a member of the Legislative Assembly (contrary to S.13 of the Anti-Corruption Law 2008), and five counts of theft (contrary to S.241 of the Penal Code 2007 Revision). Bush, who is the first elected member for West Bay, has been bailed to appear in Grand Court on 12 April, six weeks before the General Election.
