Leg wound not gunshot, cops report
(CNS): Police are continuing to investigate an incident in West Bay in which a man walking along Kings Road in West Bay was reportedly shot on Saturday night. However, according to the latest RCIPS report, the man did not have a gunshot wound. Police said that on further investigation and subsequent medical examination at the Cayman Islands Hospital, it was concluded that the injury sustained was not as a result of a gunshot, as reported by the male victim. The police have not yet stated how the man was injured or what led him to believe he was the victim of a shooting.
