UDP slipping in BT

(CNS): Theresa Pitcairn was clinging on to the last seat position in Bodden Town as more results rolled in at around 11:15 from that district. Anthony Eden was leading with 725 votes, while Ozzie Bodden had 653 and Wayne Panton was just ahead of Pitcairn, who was holding on the fourth seat behind the Progressives. The UDP's candidate was 70 votes ahead of Al Suckoo by 11:30, who was in turn just 20 votes ahead of Charles Clifford. Meanwhile, Chris Saunders remained ahead of both Mark Scotland and Dwayne Seymour from the PNA. The rest of the independents were making very little progress in the district, which was being dominated by the PPM.
